If you are eligible for medical benefits but choose to waive coverage under the company provided plan, you may be eligible to receive a monthly opt-out employer contribution.
How to Receive the Opt-Out Contribution
To receive the opt-out contribution you must complete the ‘Employee Attestation of Tax Dependent Information and Other Healthcare Coverage’ attestation and submit it to the Benefits Team through Workday Help. You can download a copy of the attestation under ‘Learn More’.
The opt-out contribution is processed monthly, during the second pay period in the month following the month of reimbursement.
